Condition Survey Contract
Descriptions
Minerva Learning Trust is looking to appoint a contractor to carry out building condition surveys of our school estates. It is expected that condition surveys are carried out by appropriately qualified surveyors who understand the grading system and provide an independent determination of condition and priority. Schools are expected to commission (and pay for) their own surveys. The existing methodology for determining condition is one that is recognised by surveyors across the construction industry as a means for determining priorities. The system utilises an alphanumeric code that indicates both condition and priority and was used by the DFE in their national property surveys undertaken in 2013. Suppliers interested in this contract should complete the documents attached to this advert. The Tender is being conducted under the Open Procedure which means that it is a single stage process. This process is conducted in two parts: 1) Selection Criteria. This is an evaluation of the capacity of Tenderers to meet the Trusts requirements. This includes Mandatory Requirements and Minimum Capacity Requirements. Please complete the supplier selection questionnaire (Paper or Digital) 2) Award Criteria. This is an evaluation of the offers conducted to determine which is the most economically advantageous from the point of view of the contracting authority. Please complete the ITT submission for pricing and other questions. (Paper or Digital) Also please complete the statement of assurance in the pack If you have any queries please contact us.
