A floating support service is required to support any individual or family that are experiencing debt issues due to Welfare ReformThe Supporting People and Families First teams are funding the service to assist with relieving debt and financial issues and preventing it from reoccurring by identifying and engaging with a range of individuals who have been effected by Welfare Reform.The overall purpose of the project will be to assist the individual or family to acquire the knowledge and skills that they need to take control of their financial situation and move them into a position where they can begin planning ahead for their financial future.The contract will commence on the 1st April 2017 and will continue for 2 years with an option to extend for a further 24 months. However this will be reviewed each 12 monthTUPE implications will apply to this contract. Please complete confidentiality statement in Attachment tab of Proactis System and reattach signed document. TUPE information will not be disclosed until we received the completed confidentiality statement.The award criteria for this arrangement shall be based on the most economically advantageous tender response.
