Conservation Professional List for the Blaenavon Townscape Heritage Programme

TCBC is seeking to secure a list of suitably qualified and experienced Architects/Agents/Surveyors, to provide professional services to eligible applicants/property owners for the Blaenavon THP capital works. Including but not limited to: Preparation of detailed plan/elevation drawings; obtaining any specialist reports (ie Structural/Ecology/Asbestos); Applications for statutory planning consents; Applications for building regulation approval; Liaison with Blaenavon THP Project Manager regarding grant application.
