Conservation works in relation to Roman and Medieval Wall Remains in the City of London

The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of Maintenance and Conservation works of City of London Ancient Monuments.

 

We are proposing to tender for a single supplier to deliver a seven-year programme of conversation, maintenance and inspection of our ancient monument with value of around £372,000 over the seven-year term.

 

• Conservation works on all 12 sites estimated at a total of

• Annual vegetation removal for the outdoor sites at approx.

• Biennial and Quinquennial inspections and associated repairs

 

The estimated contract value given at sections 31 and 32 is for the full duration of the contract including the maximum possible extensions. The estimated annual contract value is therefore £53,000.00.
