VSO CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY - CONSOLIDATED/GROUP EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES VSO is a global voluntary organisation whose mission has been to bring people together to fight poverty through the lasting power of volunteering. We will be running a tender process with the intention of awarding a contract for the provision of consolidated/group external audit services and are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified organisations. VSO's requirements: ?Suppliers must be on the Register of Statutory Auditors in the UK ?They must have previous experience of auditing charitable enterprises ?They must have knowledge of the Charity SORP and reporting requirements and understanding of international development organisations Expressions of interest: all expressions of interest must be received by VSO by 9 September 2021, 5pm BST and must be submitted electronically (emailed) to the following email address: vsoglobalfinanceoperations@vsoint.org. The EOI must include a contact name, company name, company address, phone and email address. Tender documents: tender documents will be sent to those who expressed an interest, following the close of the EOI period. Anticipated contract start date: December 2021 (for audit of year ended 31 March 2022) Contract period: Renewable annually for up to a period of 5 years VSO reserves the right not to award a contract Voluntary Service Overseas is a company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales (registered number 703509).
