The Welsh Ministers are inviting tenders, in line with this specification, to deliver the new Construction Futures Wales Programme from 5 August 2013 to the 31 July 2016, with the option to extend the contract by a further one year, subject to annual review. The Construction Futures Wales Programme will improve the competitiveness of the construction industry and reduce its underperformance compared with that of other sectors.
