Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council (The Contracting Authority) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the design, supply and installation of a Household Waste recycling Centre. The recycling facility is to be located at Roseheyworth Industrial Estate, Abertillery and must be able to achieve (as a minimum) the client requirements as specified within the invitation to tender.At the conclusion of the procurement exercise, it is the Council’s intention to award a works contract commencing January 2020.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
