We are pleased to invite tender submissions, on behalf of our client Mildenhall High Town Council, for the construction of an extension to Thetford Road Cemetery, Mildenhall, Bury Saint Edmunds IP28 7HX. The Tender Documents comprise: 1.Specification including summary of Contract Preliminaries & Form of Tender. 2.TGMS Tender Drawing TGMS1121.1-2 Proposed Site Layout. 3.Work Schedules (in Excel - for ease of return). 4.Return documents (in Word - for ease of return). 5.Tender assessment criteria. Your tender submission should comprise the following: 1.Completed Form of Tender. 2.Completed Work Schedules. 3.Completed Method Questionnaire. 4.Completed Subcontractors Questionnaire. 5.Completed Past Experience Questionnaire. 6.Proposed programme of works on weekly resolution. 7.A statement on availability to start the works in October 2021. Please note, the tenders will be assessed on the basis of 70% cost, 30% quality as per the attached criteria. The signed tender submission is to be returned by email to tenders@tgms.co.uk by no later than 12:00 on Monday 20th September 2021. Using your email software, please request both delivery and read receipts.
