Construction of Four Classroom Block at Aberbargoed Primary School

Caerphilly CBC wish to construct a 4 classroom block within the grounds of the existing Aberbargoed Primary School. The new construction will comprise a 340 sqm single storey block of traditional construction. The accommodation will include toilets and a link corridor to the main building. The contract for the construction is expected to be JCT Standard Building Contract with Quantities, Revision 2, 2009. Suitably experienced and interested contractors should complete the attached pre qualification questionnaire. Deadline for return of the questionnaires is 12 Noon, Monday 1st November 2010.
