The Project Scope is to construct and deliver up to 5nr new build industrial units with associated external works, drainage and services. The industrial unit’s built to shell and core, range in size between 262 sq. m and 346 sq. m of floor space. Each unit is split into 2 or 3 demises.Tenderers will be required to price four distinct ‘Scope Options’, as defined below:‘Base Scheme’- The new development will comprise all 5 unitsOption 02- 4 units (Unit 2,3,7,6 (Plots 1,2,3,4))Option 03- 3 units (Unit 2,3 &7 (Plots 1,2,3))Option 04- 2 units (Unit 2 & 3 (Plots 1&2))At this stage and until pricing is received it is unknown if the Employer will have sufficient budget to undertake the ‘Base Scheme’.If the Employer does not have sufficient budget to finance the ‘Base Scheme’ the Contract Works will only include the Scope Option appropriate to the budget available.The estimated contract duration for the Base Element will be 52 Weeks, this will be scaled down if the Options element is used.A site visit and all relevant documentation will be made available at tender stage but for now we are seeking expressions of interest in the project.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=95087.
