The Contract consists of the Construction of 8 No General Needs Houses and a 12 Unit Block Category 2 Supported Housing at the former Mourne Hospital site Newry Road, Kilkeel. The works are to be complete with heating, plumbing, electrical services and associated works. Estimated Contract period 80 weeks programmed to commence prior to 31st March 2015.
