The Peace Memorial Park at Huntingdon Road/Market Road, Thrapston is the principal park in the town and provides important amenity space for the town's residents. The north of the park located along Huntingdon Road is currently under utilised and not very ambulant disabled/buggy friendly. The two entrances require work to create a more appealing frontage to the road and make them more accessible for all users of the park. As part of the park's centenary celebrations this year the council wishes to provide a new pathway which links the two entrances together whilst providing points of interest along the way which can be enjoyed by park users of all ages.
