Descriptions
The scope of works includes the construction of a Passivhaus, timber framed building to house the Gellideg Foundation Group and to provide facilities for the community of Gellideg. The building will be recognized for its Roman brick facades as a landmark at the gateway to the estate. Internally it is to be completed to a high specification with keen attention to sustainability.
