Wrexham County Borough Council Housing Repairs are currently undertaking a large scale vacant refurbishment project to approximately 200 properties per annum utilising their in house workforce of approximately 150 trades people and managers. The department wish to conduct market research with a view to undertaking a procurement exercise in the near future. WCBC wishes to engage with experienced suppliers of construction welfare equipment and accommodation such as mobile welfare units.The team wish to gather the most up to date information about what they market can provide in terms of mobile units, temporary static units, on site cleaning and toilet facilities. All mobile units would typically need to include Eco-efficient generators or solar power, effluent tank and clean water supplies. These would include canteens, sinks heating and hot water washing facilities.WCBC wish to speak to suppliers who can offer a full solution with waste management, water re-fills, consumable supplies and fuel replenishment.
