Three stage evaluation of ACCELERATE, a health innovation technology accelerator project delivered across the whole of Wales to indigenous and inward-investing opportunities, jointly funded by the Welsh Government (WG) and the European Union (EU) through European Regional Development Funds (ERDF).The project is delivered through a collaboration of four organisations – Swansea University, Cardiff University, University of Wales Trinity Saint David and Life Sciences Hub Wales Ltd (Lead Beneficiary) with a project value of £24 million.The three stage evaluation comprises:1. an inception evaluation to be completed by mid February 2019;2. a first-year review to to be completed by end of August 2019; and3. an end-project evaluation to be complete by end March 2021.
