Consultancy for Financial Management System Review

CHP wishes to commission a consultancy-led review of CHP's Financial Management systems. CHP is in the process of delivering a new Target Operating Model, which will outline key roles and processes for the delivery of excellent customer experience. A review of the existing suite of financial management systems and supporting skills and services is required to match the structure and ambition of the new model. Subject to the conclusion of this review, CHP will either issue a tender for the procurement and installation of replacement financial management systems or the upgrade and reimplementation of the existing suite. The later phases of this consultancy cover the required support during procurement and implementation. The phases of this project are discrete, and the execution of Phases II and III depend on the findings of Phase I and at the sole discretion of CHP.
