Scottish Water requires a cloud hosted software and hardware workspace management service to replace the current workspace manager product (current supplier Asure Software).The service will allow employees to book and manage reservations for 2 500 resources (made up of desks, hot desks, meeting rooms, pool cars, electric car charging points and parking spaces) across 15 Scottish Waster locations, using a number of potential interfaces (such as web based application; meeting room panels; self-service kiosks; mobile interface; Outlook Add In).The service will allow Scottish Water Workplace team to report on the utilisation of the resources to enable strategic decision making at these locations.
