Architectural/Civil/Structural Engineering Services required for the planning and development of A Mainstream class• 80m2 including en-suite (total area including walls and circulation 95 m2)An ASD Base (detailed schedule of accommodation attached)•Classroom, pupil toilets and shower, staff toilets, sensory room, safe space, storage and sluice, office - 210 m2•Secure hard and soft play area – 200m2•Sensory garden – 100m2•6 parking spaces The design should take into consideration potential future growth and development of the school. The Role of PSDP is also required for this project
