The Consultant will be required to:— Procure and manage (including offshore representation) on behalf of Interconnector Services Ltd (ISL) the Marine Survey Contracts placed between ISL and third parties in respect to survey the Moyle Interconnector, the Scotland to Northern Ireland gas transmission pipeline and the Belfast and Larne Lough Crossing gas transmission pipelines.— Provide technical advice to ISL in respect of the said surveys and any remedial works that would be required as a result of the survey.— Organise emergency exercises to test the effectiveness of the Offshore Emergency Repair Plans, appraise the response and, if appropriate, recommend improvements.— In the event that an actual accident or emergency occurs on the assets through the period, procure and manage (including offshore client representation) emergency offshore client representation or pinpoint faults or execute repair to either of the subsea cable or gas pipeline assets.
