Consultancy support is required to support development of the Tees Valley Local Industrial Strategy, this will include; •Developing the evidence base •Understanding the key policy messages from the evidence base and developing policy proposals •Building engagement and local ownership (increasing collaboration between civic leaders, businesses, universities and government on a shared set of priorities over the long-term, with a focus on key sectors) •Taking the lead on drafting individual sections of the Local Industrial Strategy
