The services to be provided will be precisely delineated at each call-off by reference to the following designations:— Architect's Services (for affordable )— Employer's Agent Services (for affordable )— Architects and Design Services for BUILDCO (private)Provision of Architectural and Employer's Agent services in respect of new developments for social housing, and related construction. Projects will be newbuild and rehabilitation or redevelopment of existing premises may also be involved. Architectural & EA services were separate lots.There was the architects and design services as a separate lot for Buildco.
