Caerphilly CBC seek to appoint consultants to undertake all aspects of land quality assessments on an individual project basis within the Borough in relation to contaminated land issues. The consultants will be required to but not be limited to providing technical and project management support for all elements in relation to the works, to deal with formal Part llA investigations in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1990, providing consultation responses and speaking on behalf of the Environmental Health Department at public meetings.
