Descriptions
To provide for go live in January 2023, and subsequently support, a cloud-based service to facilitate a statutory iterative public consultation process online, with interactive mapping, consisting of three main elements:1. Publication on a public-facing website of a) consultation proposals (including both narrative and interactive mapping) and b) responses received to earlier phases of the consultation.2. Ability for public to efficiently search the published material and submit their written response (including various forms of attachments) to the consultation via the same website, during defined consultation periods (and not at other times), with meta-tagging of those responses on submission, to aid collation and analysis.3.
