As a relatively new organisation, we sought expertise and independent support to help us demonstrate the impact of our work.There are two specific elements of evaluation which require support from an external independent Supplier. Each of the two evaluations are separate programmes but successful Suppliers will need to collaborate to ensure synergy and learning between the programmes.Lot 1 requires working with Social Care Wales to demonstrate our impact on delivering our strategic aims.Lot 2 requires working with Social Care Wales to deliver our Improvement function measured from the lens of the national Care and Support at Home Strategy, which has been developed through collaboration and is being implemented by a wide range of partners, with Social Care Wales leading and supporting improvement.
