Award Criteria: (1)- Suitability of organisation and the employees allocated to deliver the services set out in this RFT, including range and depth of previous relevant experience- 30 marks (2)- Demonstrated understanding of the requirements of this RFT illustrated by a plausible approach to service delivery- 20 marks (3)- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of relevant markets and the relevant legislation- 10 marks (4)- Cost- 40 marks.
