The Aim of this Contract is to create a service (“the Service”) responsible for discharging a range of support functions (including some statutory functions) which safeguard and improve the well-being of vulnerable Young People.The Service shall be developed and delivered by the Partners working as a Collaborative Partnership. The Collaborative Partnership will provide an opportunity for the Partners to invest in a service which they then collectively shape, develop and deliver.
