The City and County of Swansea is a joint partner in the Cynnydd Project, funded by the European Social Fund. The Cynnydd Project is targeted as young people aged 11 to 18 years old, who are identified as being at the very greatest risk of becoming Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) and to reduce that risk.To support these young people accessing the support of the Cynnydd Project, the City and County of Swansea is specifically looking to source a provision that has a focus around careers/experience in the Military, offering varied programmes and activities in line with the young people needs, and requirements identified by the school to improve areas such as engagement, confidence, behaviour and employability.
