A review of the leachate management systems at Tir John Landfill Site has found that the Site requires the installation of multiple new leachate wells. The Site is regulated under a Permit. The Site is currently operated by The City & county of Swansea.This tender involves the supply of materials and installation of wells on site. The Authority shall peg out locations and provide drilling depths for the wells on mobilisation. The Authority shall also provide CQA supervision for the installation works. The Authority shall supply wellheads for installation as part of these works though the connecting pipework etc will be done by others.
