The Council is seeking to provide an Independent complaints process to fulfil its statutory obligations with regards to complaints received under The Children Act 1989 Representations Procedure (England) Regulation 2006. This statutory procedure is separate and distinct from the Councils Corporate Complaints Procedure.The Council wishes to award contracts for an Independent Investigating Officers and Stage 3 Panellist Service and an Independent Person and Stage 3 Chair Service.
