The Contract is for a Landscape Maintenance Services for Economic Development Portfolio which is for 31 Sites located across Wrexham County Borough.The services in this Contract consist of landscape maintenance and from time to time subject to future levels of funding, the contractor will be required to deliver landscape improvement works as tabled in each site as “Additional services”. The services include:(i)Grass cutting & strimming with different grass cutting regime heights;(ii)Pruning beds & borders including trees and shrubs;(iii)Weed control beds & borders including trees and shrubs;(iv)Edging shrub beds;(v)Maintenance of paved areas and footpaths - spraying;(vi)Litter removal including leaves in autumn;(vii)Hedge maintenance;(viii)Moss removal
