The purpose of the regeneration scheme is to carry out works to upgrade Thermal Value to 42nr. Council owned properties at Sketty Park. Properties within regeneration scheme are tenanted 2/3 Bed semi-detached Properties, 2 storey Flats and 1 block of 4 storey flats.
