Contract for Supply and Delivery of Food Waste Caddy Liners

The council is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably competent contractor for the supply of Plastic Polyethylene (PE) Liners food waste caddy liners. Companies may submit quotations for up to 3 types of liner. All sample liners must be clearly labelled.Liners should fit comfortably and securely into a 5 litre kitchen caddy. The dimensions of the liners should be such that they utilise the total internal capacity of the kitchen caddies with an overlap for securing the liner in place over the opening of the caddies. Liners should be of a sufficiently robust and fit for purpose to be utilised for domestic food waste collections.There are two Lots; and the Council will only be appointing one supplier to each LOT•Lot 1 - Deliver Option - no later than four weeks after order•Lot 2 - Deliver Option - no later than 18 weeks after orderThe samples provided will be used to evaluate the robustness and suitability of the bags in an operational setting, Samples need to arrive by noon on the 22nd March.The samples provided as part of the quotation will be used to evaluate the quality of the print unless additional samples are provided
