The City and County of Swansea is seeking to commission a service provider to deliver a Targeted Benefit Support project across designated Communities First cluster areas in Swansea. Communities First is the Welsh Government flagship anti-poverty programme. It aims to improve the wellbeing and life chances of people facing multiple deprivation, by promoting community engagement and readiness for work through a continuum of support. Communities First sits alongside Communities for Work (funded by European Social Fund) and the Lift project, and shares the aim of helping people move closer to the labour market.
