Swansea Council is sourcing a Consultancy Team to create a new Advertising Policy.The Policy will be used as Internal Council Guidance by departments when advising prospective advertisers of the likely requirements of any advertisements. In this regard, it should become part of the legal requirements set when the Council ‘rents’ advertising space. The Policy will also be used by Planning Officers to aid determination of applications for Advertisement Consent.
