Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) is looking to procure a contract for the management and operation of its Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) within Lincolnshire.Currently LCC owns 10 HWRCs within Lincolnshire. These are located within or near to the towns of:Bourne, Boston, Gainsborough, Grantham, Lincoln, Louth, Market Rasen, Skegness, Sleaford, andSpalding.LCC is looking for a suitable supplier or suppliers to manage the daily operations of its 10 HWRCs and to provide staff to operate the HWRCs and engage with residents of Lincolnshire when using the HWRCs.This contract will include, but is not limited to:Assisting members of the public to dispose of their household waste into the correct containers on site to avoid contamination of exit streams,o aid LCC in meeting its recycling targets,he operation of plant on site, andliaising with LCC and 3rd parties for the transportation of exit streams to treatment facilities or disposal locations.LCC invites suppliers to express their interest in this opportunity via the Pro-Contract Due-North portal no later than 13:00 04/05/2022.Suppliers who express an interest in this PIN are also asked to complete the premarket engagement questionnaire published alongside this PIN notice in the Pro-Contract tender box.
