Descriptions
Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to procure a Warrington Care Record to provide a single clinical view of all information held electronically across the local care community. The 'Warrington Care Record' will provide external access to information for patients, GPs and referring secondary care clinicians to enable effective and interactive sharing of information. The procurement is being undertaken on behalf of the Warrington Health and Social Care Community (WHSCC) referred to henceforth as the 'care community'. The Care Community comprises: •NHS Warrington Clinical Commissioning Group •Warrington Borough Council •Warrington and Halton NHS Hospitals Foundation Trust •Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust •5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
