Halton Borough Council is proud to offer a real opportunity for an experienced and suitably qualified provider to deliver direct support to enhance the mental health and emotional well-being of children and young people placed in the care of Halton Borough Council.The Service will support both young people in care and foster carers to address all components of mental health that will identify sign of mental health difficulties and ultimately facilitate more secure attachments between carers and looked after children.Our vision is to ensure every young person in care is entitled to services and support which reflect their needs and wishes, enabling and empowering them to achieve and fulfil their full potential.
