Gwent Police Authority current contract is due to expire on 27th April 2011. The Authority is seeking to renew this Contract based on the following provisions identified.Lot 1 :- Supply Of HospitalityLot 2 :- Provision Of Staff RefreshmentsLot 3 :- Provsion Of Planned EventsLot 4 :- Provision of Emergency Events.Gwent Police are seeking expressions of interest for this Provision. All interested parties must submit a completed pre-qulaification questionnaire with their expression of interest. The award process will be carried out under the EU Restricted Procedure and the information provided will be scored and used as a means of restricting the number of service providers the Authority invites to tender. The pre-qualification questionnaire is available from Arhlene.maynard@gwent.pnn.police.ukThis contract will be for two years with an option to extend for a further two years.
