Contract for the Provision of Provider Collaborative QI Programme for Health Inequalities

NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) have awarded a contract to provide quality improvement (QI) programme consultancy services. Outline work package includes: •Facilitation and delivery of teaching and learning events to support provider collaboratives to deliver QI activity and outcomes, with a health inequalities focus, at scale and pace. •Support provider collaboratives in building their capability for change through utilising shared approaches to improvement. •Support board-level peer support through the development of a peer-learning network that will encourage shared learning across provider collaboratives. •Identify and share key learnings with system partners, including at an ICS level. •Generate and share board-level actionable insights on how to lead improvement across organisational boundaries with provider collaboratives. •Share regular insights with NHS England on what opportunities there are nationally and regionally to support capacity for systematic improvement approaches. •Lay the foundations for the programme to continue its work beyond the 15-month pilot.
