The Short Breaks Service for Disabled Children/Young People and Their Families will be an open Framework Agreement on behalf of Halton Borough Council and Cheshire West and Chester Council.The Framework Agreement will initially be for, but not limited to, Halton Borough Council.Whilst no commitment can be made to this contract at this time, Cheshire West and Chester Council, may wish to consider the take up of the resulting contract.The Service is split into 3 Lots as outlined below:Lot 1 — Play Service including Out of School/Saturday Clubs and Play Schemes for Disabled Children/Young People;Lot 2 — Group Support Service for Disabled Children/Young People in the community as well as for families;Lot 3 — Consultation service and person centred planning for Disabled Children/Young People.
