Since 2008 Meals at Home service has been delivering hot lunches and cold teas, 365 days a year to older people in their own home who have been assessed by Adult Social care as having low or moderate needs. Leeds Black Elders are a third sector organisation who currently undertake the dedicated service which supports the west Indian Community in Leeds
