Supply of Daily Living Equipment (DLE) for the use in the Community within South Tyneside Borough.Provision of Items designed specifically for individuals with a disability or elderly people that require assistance with every day routine tasks such as –— Bathing,— Toileting,— Personal Care,— Household,— Adapting Furniture,— Mobility,— Access & Egress.Provision of equipment is essential to overcome or assist the individual with a particular activity or function that is completed on a regular basis making these everyday tasks easier to do, while promoting the individuals Health & Wellbeing and giving them some independence and dignity.”This contract is intended for use by South Tyneside Council and any other body wholly owned or controlled by the Council, together with South Tyneside Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
