Descriptions
The requirement is for a unique and specialist sound spatialisation loudspeaker, that allows sound to be 'beamed' around a room. Conventional loudspeakers surround an audience or are in front of them. The loudspeaker will use ambisonics and room reflections to move sound around the room from a fixed central location. This is part of the research of BEAST in the Music department at the University of Birmingham
