Descriptions
Both EAIF and GuarantCo (and FAIR will follow this model) operate with a supervisory board of directors (a ‘Board’) and outsource management support from an experienced independent private manager (a ‘Service Provider’). The Service Provider(s) will be responsible for day-to-day operations, reporting to the Boards through a series of committees. The contracts to be procured are for the outsourced management services of Service Provider(s). Interested economic operators are referred to the pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) for more details of the services required for each of the contracting authorities.The type of procurement procedure adopted is ‘competitive Procedure With Negotiation’.The ‘contracting authorities’ reserve the right to award the contracts on the basis of the initial tenders without conducting negotiations.The PQQ can be obtained from the Contact Point noted in Section I.1.
