Contracts for the operation of household waste sites in Ceredigion

The management and operation of the four Household Waste Sites at Borth, Cilmaenllwyd, Glanyrafon and Rhydeinion owned by the Council as the Waste Disposal Authority and the transporting to, and disposal of the resulting refuse and waste at the Employer’s Transfer Station at Glanyrafon or alternative approved, licensed refuse site.The site locations are as follows:1. Glanyrafon, Stad Ddiwydiannol Glanyrafon, Llanbadarn Fawr, Aberystwyth, SY23 3JQ. 2. Cilmaenllwyd, Penparc, Aberteifi. SA43 1RB 3. Rhydeinon, Llanarth. SA47 0QP 4. Borth, Tir Comin Glan-Leri, Y Borth SY24 5JFThe duration of the contract is 18 months, with the possibility of an extension of a further 18 months.Prospective tenderers must complete a pre-qualification questionnaire. Shortlisting will take place on the basis of the information supplied. Shortlisted suppliers will be invited to tender.
