The buildings floor area is in the region of 1066m2 and has vacant possession. The contract is for the whole of the works by a Main ContractorThere will be a full refurbishment of the internal arrangements with a high level of Mechanical and Electrical works. There are major works with the roof to accommodate the new use and the removal and reconstruction will be necessary. There will also be a reconstruction of the car parking areas and external worksThe site backs on to a nursing home and residential properties are situated around the site. The contract is to be administered under the JCT Standard form of contract without Quantities 2016.
