***** Re-advertisement ******Conwy County Borough Council wish to appoint a Project Manager or Project Management Team to oversee the construction phase of the Conwy Culture Centre on the Bodlondeb site, Conwy, North Wales.The aim of this project is to create a new Culture Centre for Conwy County, incorporating a community heritage and arts hub, local history point, archive and library, at the heart of Conwy’s world heritage site.The proposed site is located on the corner of Bangor Road and Town Ditch Road, within the very attractive setting of Bodlondeb Park, and is currently occupied by the former Ysgol Bodlondeb building.The Council is seeking to procure the services of a fully qualified professional(s) to take responsibility for and manage the delivery of the construction phase of the Conwy Culture Centre to budget, time and required quality.The Project Manager or Project Management Team must be able to demonstrate a level of experience appropriate to the value of the contract for construction and delivery of the Conwy Culture Centre.Full details are in the attached documentation.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=73897.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
