CONWY QUAY JETTY PROJECT - PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR

The project will involve the construction of a new jetty at Conwy Quay that will provide commercialand leisure boat users with the opportunity to access their vessels at both low and highides. The works will relocate the existing pontoon structure further into the estuary and provideaccess from the quayside.Conwy County Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitable marine contractorsfor the construction of the jetty and all ancillary works.This package will include the removal of the existing pontoon and subsequent relocation withinhe tidal flow of the estuary, the provision of a new link-span access from the pontoon to thequayside, new lighting to illuminate the pontoon and the linked walkway, a new lockable accessgate on the quayside and the extension of the fuel and water connections to the new pontoonlocation.
