Conyers Green will be a 24-hour supported housing scheme, consisting of a 4-person shared bungalow for young women with complex needs, in transition, who currently live with their families. The bungalow is being substantially adapted to meet the needs of the young people. This service is being developed in the context of the Suffolk Joint Learning Disability Strategy.
