Denbighshire County Council has identified a possible requirement for software to track the progress of action plans agreed within the Council. The system will need to enable us to load actions which have been identified (e.g. as part of a Health and Safety inspection) into a database and assign the action to a named Officer. The system will need to periodically remind the named officer of the outstanding task, and, after a specified period of time, escalate the outstanding task to an appropriate person. It will be necessary to retain a central ‘view’ of all outstanding actions, preferably with an ability to show outstanding actions for a particular group (e.g. all health and safety actions, all Cabinet meeting actions, etc.)If you are able to provide this software, please email procurement@denbighshire.gov.uk with a short description of your software by 10th September 2018.
